I stumbled across this little gem whilst rummaging through a huge amount of Flipcam footage I’ve shot in the last year or so - and thought I’d share it as the perfect example of what Leeds Festival is all about.
Bacon and egg for breakfast, at the end of the world - cooked up by @lovabledictactor. Having been to Glastonbury festival for the first time this summer, it’s remarkable to see just how devastatingly awful Leeds actually is. The campsites quickly devolving into an apocalyptic wasteland; strangers pass in the night to briefly share moments of fire fueled entertainment, before moving on to see the next spectacle of destruction. The collage of smoke and idiocy painted throughout the night leaving the land increasingly scarred and bleak, until you’re left with nothing but scorched earth and tornados made of litter.
Go somewhere else instead, basically.
